What type of lease is available?
We offer individual and full-apartment leases. With an individual lease, the occupant of each bedroom has his/her own lease and is not responsible for the lease obligations of roommates. Leases are available for the quarter or for a full calendar year. Every lease must be guaranteed by a parent or legal guardian, unless the lesser meets all the terms of the lease agreement.

Do I need to find roommates?
You may choose your own roommates or we can match you up with roommates who have similar interests. There is no charge for our matching service.

Is parking available on site?
There are 52 parking spaces available for rent beneath the building. Since University Lofts has 97 bedrooms, parking is available to those who pay for spaces on a first come, first served basis.

Is public transportation available?
University Lofts is located on the corner of University Boulevard and Evans Avenue. RTD (Denver's Regional Transportation District) bus stops are located on each corner of the intersection - including one right at the building! In addition, RTD's light rail service is available with a stop a few blocks away at High Street and Buchtell, directly across from DU's Ritchie Center. From there, light rail provides transportation to downtown Denver and as far south as Lincoln Ave. in Lone Tree.

Are there retail establishments in the building?
Yes. TCF Bank, Jamba Juice and Jordan's Bistro Pub are located on the first floor.

Can I bring my own furniture?
You may bring additional furniture, but all apartments are fully furnished with brand new, modern furniture. Any furniture supplied by us can be removed and stored at no additional charge.

Is University Lofts affiliated with the University of Denver?
No. University Lofts is privately owned and is not affiliated with the University of Denver; however, we are pleased that the majority of our residents are DU juniors and seniors, and law and graduate students.

How close are you to the University of Denver?
DU's campus is right across the street, which means you don’t need a car for school and can be at class within minutes of walking out your front door.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in University Lofts.
